The problem about support of soft rock roadway has not been solved better yet. It isdifficult to support especially in mudding soft rock extraction roadway with high stress, andneed to rework several times, which affects production safety seriously and wastes high costof roadway maintenance. So studies on the stability of soft rock roadway with high stresshave great significant in economic and social.It is a typical soft rock with high stress environment with1122haulage roadway inChuanjing coal mine.due to severe floor heave, rib spalling and roof fall, and it is extremelyprominent in roadway support.In this paper, we apply comprehensively field research,theoretical analysis, laboratory experiment, numerical simulation, engineering practice andother methods around the problem about controlling the stability of high stress soft roadway.Results indicate that:The axial compressive strength of surrounding rock is high at low pressure state in softrock roadway with high stress, and the strength decreases sharply after in water, and takes onclastic. The surrounding rock loose circle of radius is2.03~2.98m through geological radartest, which belongs to V class of unstable surrounding rock. The deformation of surroundingrock is mainly to floor heave, and the quick initial deformation rate, a long continued time,large deformation in primary support plan, which the depth (600m), high tectonic stress andsection shape are the main factors. In view of the above problems, we put forward theinverted arch and straight wall semicircle arch cable anchor coupling support technologyscheme in soft rock roadway with high stress, and determine the best coupling support time ofanchor cable through deformation and the rate of the roof and slopes: anchor supports in time,anchor cable lags anchor2~3days in the original supporting scheme, and optimizate anchorpallet size is100×100×8mm,200×200×14mm by numerical simulation. Engineering practice shows that the support technology scheme can effectively controlthe intense deformation of surrounding rock roadway, and ensure the long-term safety andstability, and achieved better technical and economic benefits.
