The stability control of soft rock roadway,especially the support of soft rock roadw ay,is a technical problem that many mine have faced,It is of great practical significanc e and great practical value to study the feasible supporting technology of soft rock road way and determine the reasonable supporting scheme according to the specific conditions of surrounding rock and stress environment.The support technology of roadways of S106 mining face which is taken as the res earch object is studied with the methods of theoretical analysis,laboratory experimentThr ough mechanical modeling,calculation derived support rock composite arch bearing capac ity calculation formula,analyze the reason of the original support scheme is reasonable,bolting force coefficient is 1.76,O type roof support force coefficient 0.11,bolting has p layed an important role,and the original support scheme of bolt support low strength,su pporting the load capacity of the system is not up to the roadway for normal use of the minimum support strength 0.86MPa.Based on the theory of coupling support,the desig n scheme of S106 air return duct is designed.The anchor rod selects ?24×2400mm,the row spacing is between 600x600mm;the cable is chosen to be ?22×7300mm,the row spacing is between 800×600mm;the top plate is made up of ten anchors,each of the t wo groups is provided with the anchor rod of the,and the three anchor cables are used,and the O type shed is made of 40U steel single round shed.The design of support sc heme improves the strength of bolt support.The design scheme of carrying capacity calc ulation,anchor support design supporting strength of 0.26MPa,the reaction coefficient of 3.5;O type roof support strength is 0.91 MPa,the reaction coefficient of 0.1;the design of support scheme for the bearing capacity of 1.0MPa,to achieve the requirements of n ormal use of roadway.The simulation results show that the subsidence of roof convergence in 92mm,two for displacement respectively is 92mm,95mm,floor heave is 98mm,deformation is withi n the allowable range,the supporting scheme is reasonable and feasible,achieves the cou pling control effect,can meet the needs of roadway.Finally,the industrial test of the de sign of the supporting scheme is given.
