At this stage whether it is domestic or foreign, online chemical oxygendemand monitoring equipment is large-scale equipment placed in the waterbackend. It can not be truly real-time online monitor chemical oxygen demand,and it is heavy, not portable and mobile. The development of online chemicaloxygen demand digital transmitter based on the principle of UV absorptionchanges this situation. It breaks the features of previous existing instrumentmeasuring in water backend. This project mainly develops online chemicaloxygen demand digital transmitter for installation in the sewage treatmentprocess control, truly implements real-time online monitoring of chemicaloxygen demand in process control, without secondary pollution, low cost, smallsize, easy to operate, high reliable, good stability. Other available onlinemeasurement devices cannot be compared with this chemical oxygen demanddigital transmitter is unmatched.According to UV absorption principle, the hardware system of the opticalsystem uses low pressure mercury lamp as the UV light source, and uses thesilicon photodiode as a photoelectric detector. We design a new sampling deviceand sampling methodology based on the linear motor, which achieves thepurpose of automatic sampling and auto-cleaning the measurement windowwithout contacting in the process control. We implement mechanical parts whichhave a small size and light weight, so they are easy to carry.The preamplifier, motor control systems, A/D data acquisition system, datatransmission systems, and liquid crystal display systems of circuit systemsystems are based STC12C5A60S2MCU to design. In addition, the softwaresystem design is divided into motor control procedures, data collectionprocedures, data transmission and display procedures. We complete the motordirection control, signal acquisition, processing, storage and display in Keil Clanguage programming environment.Online chemical oxygen demand digital transmitter calibration and testing:the need for a standard solution for calibration of the instrument to get thechemical oxygen demand value and the absorbance corresponding relationship to meet the technical specifications.This design of online chemical oxygen demand digital transmitter passed thefinal test.
