With the development of technology, machinery manufacturing thetraditional processing methods put forward higher requirements. Mainly in twoaspects, one is a complex mechanical structure, the traditional processingmethods could not be competent and the other is the processing of the material,such as titanium and tungsten carbide. Abrasive electrochemical jet machining isa Composite process, a combination of abrasive jet machining andelectrochemical jet machining characteristics, not only improving the processingefficiency but also ensuring the processing quality. This article will focus on theresearch of the electrochemical abrasive jet machining. I would do research fromthe following aspects:First, the jet machining material removal mechanism of abrasiveelectrochemical is analyzed combined with abrasive jet machining andelectrochemical jet machining theory. The flow field and electric models areanalyzed combined with machining mechanism of abrasive electrochemical jetmachining for the subsequent simulation analysis provides a theoretical basis.Then, the flow field simulation of the mixing chamber is to analysis thedistribution of abrasive for the post-hybrid electrochemical abrasive jetmachining system establishment provides a theoretical guidance. The third, theflow field simulation of the abrasive electrochemical jet machining area is toobtain the law of the flow field distribution under the different machiningconditions. Extracting the data of the flow field results establish the electric fieldsimulation model, and obtain the law of the electric field distribution under thedifferent machining conditions that would provide a theoretical basis for thestudy of the material removal mechanism of the composite processing.Finally, compared the different forms of jet machining experiments (waterjet machining, abrasive jet machining, electrochemical jet machining andabrasive electrochemical jet machining) combined with the simulation results ofabrasive electrochemical jet machining is in order to analysis the abrasiveelectrochemical jet machining material removal mechanism. Based on thisexperimental process parameters to obtain process parameters on the processingquality and efficiency were investigated.
