| With the global economic integration and the rapid development of the nationaleconomy, safety requirements are continuously improved, traditional mine safetymanagement mode become unsuited to the current mine safety management, to study thecoal mine essential safety management evaluation system is an effective way to strengthenthe security infrastructure management, enhance the competitiveness of coal miningenterprises, and promote the steady improvement of China’s coal mine production safetysituation.In this paper, the writer makes a study on evaluation system of inherent safetymanagement of shangwan mine, with accident causation theory,icegerg theory and inherentsafety management as the basis and the thought of foundation of inherent mine as guidance.By analyzing reasonableness of the existing coal mines safety evaluation indexes on theshangwan mine, to determine the mine intrinsic safety evaluation indexes, to buildevaluation system, and to determine the weights of evaluation factors by level AHP and BP,while introducing difficulty coefficient and applied on the results of the evaluation,pioneering a new approach to the application of coal mine essential safety managementevaluation system.The selection of coal mine essential safety management evaluation indexes is tocollect, analyze, sort out existing indicators, on the basis of theoretical knowledge and theactual situation of the mines, to extract a preliminary mine intrinsic safety managementevaluation system, then to determine the final coal mine essential safety managementevaluation system through the issuance of questionnaires.
