At present, aiming at the existing defects of tunnel fire coatings, such as low bond strength,refractory time is short, poor water resistance, dirt resistance is not good, based on the abovereasons, this paper carried out the research of fireproof coatings for tunnel model. The tunnelstructure complex, airtight, in the limited space in the event of fire, fire fighting difficult,often continues for a long time, easy and loss. Therefore, the world attach great importance tothe tunnel fire safety problems, and promote the application of tunnel fire coatings.In this paper, using the self-made experimental device simulating field combustiondetection scene, studies the composition of tunnel fire coatings, fire mechanism under hightemperature coatings and analysis, as well as an important group of tunnel fire coatingsformulation effects on the fire performance and bonding strength of research and development,no pollution and the construction of inorganic fireproof coating for tunnel convenient forenvironment.According to the base excitation mechanism, preparation of tunnel fire coatings: mainlythrough the test: adjust the adhesive material, activator, inorganic insulation materials,optimum adding amount, in order to determine the best formula.Characterized by means of laser particle size analyzer, XRD, SEM etc., were observed onthe activity of the sialic material, alkali activator and coating microstructure of sample, tostudy its effect on fire resistance and adhesive strength.The results show that: the prepared coating has low density, low thermal conductivity,good insulation properties, environmental friendly fire resistance, heat resistance and waterresistance, excellent; using high alumina cement, Portland cement, dispersible latex powder asbinder, adhesive strength≥0.5MPa; alkali excitation silicon aluminum material, there is theimportant effects of fire on the performance of coatings; coating thickness15~20mm, coatingfire-resistant limit is120min; the tunnel fire coatings to water, time is240h.
