Nano particles just called quantum dots, are widely used in Biomarkers, Photoelectricsensor, Trace chemical detection and so on. This paper mainly studies the hot injectpreparation doping ZnS nanoparticles and doping ZnS/PMMA bulk. By introducingdifferent doping ion and different doping concentration to study different doping ions onthe luminescence properties of ZnS influence.Firstly, This paper adopts hot inject successfully synthesis of ZnS:Mn/ZnS nanoparticles. The average particles size for nanoparticles is3.77nm. the nanoparticles aresingle dispersion. Through a variety of means to study the preparation conditions on theinfluence of the optical properties of nanoparticles. When doping concentration isMn:Zn=6%, inject temperature of S is230℃, growth temperature of core is280℃,growth time of core is20min, growth time of shell is50min, the preparation ofZnS:Mn/ZnS nanoparticle’s luminescent properties is best. ZnS:Mn/ZnS nanoparticle’sabsorption peak is310nm. Photoluminescence peak is588nm. QY is23.64%. Afterannealing nanoparticles surface organic matter will reduce. But particle size will increase.Luminous intensity will decrease. ZnS:Mn/ZnS nanoparticles have weakly magneticproperty.Secondly, We used MMA formed PMMA by chemical self-assembly to ZnS:Mn/ZnSnanoparticles fixed in bulk. Through a variety of means to study the synthesis conditionson the ZnS:Mn/ZnS/PMMA influence. When initiator concentration is2%, preliminarypolymerization time is40min, polymerization time is20h, completely polymerizationtime is150min, the preparation of ZnS:Mn/ZnS/PMMA is best. ZnS: Mn/ZnS/PMMA’sabsorption peak is310nm. Photoluminescence peak is588nm. QY is14.73%.ZnS:Mn/ZnS/PMMA has a weak magnetic property.Lastly, we adopts hot inject successfully synthesis of ZnS:Cu/ZnS nanoparticles.Used stearic acid copper for precursor and washing twice after preparation is best. Theaverage particle size for nanoparticles is3.46nm. The nanoparticles are single dispersion.ZnS:Cu/ZnS nanoparticle’s absorption peak is328nm. But the ZnS:Cu/ZnS nanoparticleshave four photoluminescence peaks, at405nm,430nm,448nm and472nm. QY is14.73%. But when we adopt dip-coating method and spin-casting method to preparationZnS:Cu/ZnS nanoparticlecomposite film. The film only have two photoluminescencepeaks, at430nm and472nm. The photoluminescence peaks is blue and green. TheZnS:Cu/ZnS has a weak magnetic property.
