Nanoparticles (quantum dots) are widely used in biomarkers, miniature photoelectricdevice, photosensitization solar cell, organic chemical detection and so on. This papermainly studies a greener Se precursor to synthesize doping ZnSe nanoparticles. Bychanging doping ion and doping concentration to, we study they have an impact on theluminescence properties of ZnSe nanoparticles.Firstly, this paper adopts hot inject successfully synthesis of monodispersity and highquality of ZnSe, Cu:ZnSe, Cu:ZnSe/ZnS nanoparticles. Its size is4.73nm~6.26nm. Andby studying the preparation conditions of nanoparticles, we find when dopingconcentration is8%, inject temperature of Se precursor is240℃, growth temperature is270℃, growth time is20min,(like Cu:ZnSe/ZnS (there should be two layers of ZnS)),nanoparticle’s luminescent properties is better. ZnSe, Cu:ZnSe, Cu:ZnSe/ZnSnanoparticle’s absorption peak is380nm. Photoluminescence peak is436nm and472nm.QY is42.6%~63.6%.Secondly, we measured photoluminescence spectrum of Cu:ZnSe/ZnS nanoparticlesunder the pulsed magnetic field. We proved that the PL Intensity of nanoparticles aremainly caused by quantum size effect; Magnetic field can strengthen radiation betweenconduction and copper ions’ t2level; Magnetic field effects on the PL Intensity ofnanoparticles which is not drab; You can clearly see the PL Intensity of Cu: ZnSe/ZnSnanoparticles enhanced at low temperature, it will widen the application range ofnanoparticles.Finally,we also adopt hot inject successfully synthesis of monodispersity and highquality of Ce:ZnSe,Ce:ZnSe/ZnS,Er:ZnSe,Er:ZnSe/ZnS,Ce:Cu:ZnSe,Ce:Cu:ZnSe/ZnSnanoparticles. Its size is10nm. Their preparation methods is similar to the preparationmethod of Cu:ZnSe, Cu:ZnSe/ZnS nanoparticles. QY is about34.6%.
