So this article will combine deform software Simulation and Experimentto explore and solve these problems.First, the article is based on the Theory of extrusion forming, study on howthe tooth inclination, The spacing between the teeth, and the diameter of thevertical roll affect the quality of tooth forming, it provides a guide on designingvertical roll which is the mold of tooth shape. And then in foundation of the theoryof rolling spread, the article explore how the reduction of the width of the websand the height of the wing plate affect the quality of tooth forming, it providesa basis on designing for the first rolling.
