China’s coal mine safety problems have become increasingly prominent, the fire is one of the main disasters in coal mines, constantly threatening the safety production in the underground coal mine. The compound mining of remaining coal in goaf refers to recovery resources left in air in the region because of mining fertilizer lose thin or not caving coal on the initial mining. Baijiao coal mine2024working face is compound mining face, Due to compound mining mining broken-coal, compared with the initial mining, broken of roof and coal bring to large technical problems of the security work in compound mining process, roof is easy falling and difficult to manage, and roadway is difficult diving and safeguard,and air leakage effect mining is more prone to fire, which seriously threatens the safety production of compound mining.In this paper, combined with the general situation of Baijiao coal and the general characteristics of compound mining spontaneous combustion, analysis the prevention emphasis of the Baijiao coal mine2024compound mining face spontaneous combustion. In Baijiao coal mine2024compound mining face for geological prototype, conducting the physical simulation experiment, mastered the motion law of overlying strata and mobile regularity of strata deformation and destruction. Combined with the theory of decision spontaneous combustion danger region, To improve the speed of mining, so as to effectively prevent and cure the spontaneous combustion of coal.and ultimately determine filling WF-1Strengthening Materials to the roof on Baijiao mine2024compound mining face, and control management roof, and process optimization of roof management. According to the characteristics of mining of coal spontaneous combustion, remove support with Integrated coal spontaneous combustion prevention scheme of Pressure Injection colloid and liquid CO2, and smooth implementation, complete recovery. Found content of index gases CO abnormal phenomenon during support removal of frame, and through reasonable design for Pressure injection of colloid and liquid CO2, the high temperature region can be effectively controlled, and carries on the analysis to the governance effect, finally withdrawing support.The conclusion in this study provides some reference meaning and practical value, can be applied on similar coal mines.
