Refuge chamber is an important installation of emergency system, which is a part of coal mine safety production part of the "six systems", and has a great influence on the safety production. Because of the expansion of the soft rock deformation damage to the refuge chamber, building a refuge chamber in places full of soft rock has greater difficulties. So it is particularly important to study on support design of mine refuge chamber and control technology of large deformation od surrounding rockThis dissertation expound the law of deformation in a refuge chamber, basis on research results in the control theory of roadway deformation. It also analysis redistribution of energy of refuge chamber in half-arch tunnel section after being excavated by using the energy support theory. The article preliminary clear up the support forms support parameters of refuge chamber in Yizhong coal mine, by calculating support paraments using plastic ring theory and simpson methods in structural mechanics. At the same time using FLAC3D finite difference calculation software to calculate the preliminary excavation scheme, Combining with the site monitoring data of the surrounding rock in refuge chamber to modify the support forms support parameter of refuge chamber.that is:First using anchor rod (rope) combined support,the parameters of anchors are φ22×2500mm from800x800mm; the parameters of rope are φ17.8mm×8000mm spacing1.5m. Second using reinforced concrete support, the paraments are C30concrete level in adopts,8Φ18HRB335steel reinforcement in grades, thickness of concrete-lined is250mm, The third support adopt pu-montmorillonite composite material, whose modulus of elasticity is193.65MPa,compressive strength is5.76MPa, DBDPO is added as flame retardant, the thickness of filler course is150mm Meanwhile the article also puts forward the technology of large deformation control.
