Research On Long Distance Dynamic Pressure Grouting System In Baodian Coal Mine

Grouting technology is one of the main means of fire prevention and extinguishion.Withthe extended coal mine,grouting pipeline is increasing,which is caused by the pipelineresistance increses,the outlet pressure is a small issue become increasingly prominent.Thegeneral method to solve these problems is to add pressure.Pressure is an important parameterin the fire prevention and extinguishion,if the pressure is too large,then it may destroy thepipeline,and the mesure of pressure monitoring is used by workers,so it can not providereal-time of pressure data.These factors lead the grouting system is hard to meet the safetyrequirments of coal mine.On the basis of the analysis in Baodian coal mine grouting system,design of the longdistance dynamic pressure grouting system which conclude with the slurry pump pressure,PLC control technology and configuration monitoring software.First,accordance with theframework of overall structure of the system,design principles,the main function and systemcontrol circuit schematic,designed and implemented PLC control the start and stop of slurrypump and excessive pressure may damage the pipeline closed-loop overpressure protectionsystem.Second,analysis of the environment of long distance dynamic pressure groutingsystem,using ANSYS simulation software to mesure pipeline pressure distribution,numericalsimulation results and field data consistent,and master the pressure distribution.Finally,followed by the industrial test results showed that in the transportation distance of4,500meters grouting work,the delivery pressure of the slurry is increased1MPa,the outlet pressurefrom1.5MPa to2.8MPa,showed that the system is able to meet the long distance groutingdemand,achieve intelligent control in long diatance dynamic pressure grouting,and solve the long distance grouting and the resulting excessive pressure and damage to the pipelineproblem effectively.Research on the long distance dynamic pressure grouting system has acertain practical value for the development of the extended coal mine in the fire preventionand extinguishion work.
