Applied Research Of Configuration Software In The Coke Oven Of The Production

In coking production process, coke oven gas collector pressure is the production of its important parameters in quantity, coke oven and pressure directly affect the stability of the related equipment life and production. The control system is a multivariable nonlinear and coupling, when the disturbance is stronger control system.The thesis explores the methods of coke oven gas collector pressure control and application of configuration software in industrial processes in terms of technology ,it proposed fuzzy PID control algorithm according to the requirements of pressure control of the coke ovens collector gas and developed an advanced control algorithms running ActiveX controls which can be inserted into configuration software. In addition, the thesis achieve production process monitoring of Xinyu iron and steel factory in the power of coke production process in the configuration software of force control 6.0 and intelligent control of coke oven gas collector pressure in the configuration software ,it meets the requirements of the control object and it has a good effect.
