Research On The Formation Mechanism And Effective Factors Of Human Unsafe Behavior In Coal Mine

In recent years, the number of coal mine safety production accidents in China isdecreasing gradually, but coal industry is still a high-risk industry in our country, especiallycompared with other developed countries. The large number of domestic and internationalsurvey statistics shows that96.5%of the total number of accidents are caused by unsafebehaviors in recent30years.Therefore,prevention and control of the occurrence of unsafebehavior is the fundamental way to reduce the major coal mine accidents.This paper makes aresearch from causes and influencing factors of miners unsafe behavior, it can make acontribution to control the miners unsafe behavior and reduce the occurrence of coal mineaccidents.In this paper, firstly, the behavioral regularities and influencing factors of miner areanalyzed form cognitive psychological processes and behaviour, and the Miners’ unsafebehavior mechanism model is constructed. Secondly, on the basis of the theoretical research,this research uses questionnaire design, questionnaire survey, taking six coal samples tocollect data, the SPSS17.0software was used to test the reliability and validity of validquestionnaires, then based on the factor analysis by SPSS17.0software extracting eight mainfactors to establish the miner unsafe behavior influencing factors index system. Thirdly, inorder to verify the proposed index system and build miners unsafe behavior influencingfactors conceptual model. This paper uses AMOS7.0software to fit, evaluate, correct and toexplain the model, then determines the model of miner unsafe behavior influencing factorsand verify the reasonable of unsafe behavior factors index system. Finally proposessuggestions for influencing factors in the model.Based on the research results,some conclusions could be drawn as follows:①from thepoint of influence, organization and management, cognitive level, psychological factors, organizational loyalty, aptitude, safety attitude, environmental factors and leading factorsaffect miner unsafe behaviors. Low cognitive level, poor safety attitude, low organizationalloyalty, aptitude not suitable for post, poor safety attitude and poor environmental factors havenegative influence on controlling the occurrence of unsafe behavior of the coal-miners. Thenegative impact of the leadership to the staff can easily lead to the occurrence of miners,unsafe behaviors.②From the point of influence degree, effect factors could be arranged as:cognitive level, aptitude, psychological factors, organization and management, safety attitude,leading factors, organizational loyalty and environmental factors.This study will help enhance the understanding to the laws of unsafe behavior, andenhance the level of the protection on coal mine accidents.
