Research On The Effective Factors Of Human Unsafe Behavior In Coal Mine

China's coal mine production safety situation is changing for the better,The number of coal mine safety accidents and casualties are declining,but compared with foreign coal mine, China's coal mine production safety situation is not optimistic. In fact,according to the studies and statstics data,80% accdents in the coal mining enterprises are caused by unsafe behavior. If the effective factors of human unsafe behavior in coal mine can be found out and mastered,which would be important to control and eliminate unsafe behavior,improve safety production and accidents prevention in coal mine.Under the direction of the Sciences of unsafe behavior,this paper draws a conclusion on practices of coal mine in China,pointing out the possible effective factors of human unsafe behavior (including safe climate,individual factors,working pressure and working environment),and the reserve model was constructed,this paper try hard to check and explain the model by empirical analysis and get some significant results.With the help of Questionnaire design,survey research, data of one colliery were collected,in succession,based on samples data,EFA and RA were applied to test the validity of scale.The structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to make an empirical analysis of these factors.In more specific terms, AMOS7.0 was used to fit and evaluate the model.From what has been discussed above, the model of the effective factors of human unsafe behavior in coal mine was identified.Based on the research results,some conclusions could be drawn as follows: from the point of influence,safe climate,working pressure,individual factors and working environment affect unsafe behavior.Safe climate has positive influence on controlling the occurrence of unsafe behavior of the coal-miners;bad individual factors has negative influence on controlling the occurrence of unsafe behavior of the coal-miners;less working pressure has positive influence;the poor working environment has negative influence. From the point of influence degree,according to influence degree,effect factors could be arranged as:safety consciousness,physical state,working pressure,operating environment,tool equipment,mental state,safety manner,safety training,knowledge state.
