China’s coal mine production safety situation is changing for the better,The number ofcoal mine safety accidents and casualties are declining,but compared with foreign coal mine,China’s coal mine production safety situation is not optimistic. In fact, about more than80%of the coal mine enterprises from unsafe behavior of people.With the rapid change in life styleand rhythm, people’s originalvalues, outlook on life and happiness under the huge impact,working pressure generally begin to appear. Whether the coal miners’ unsafe behavior isnegative consequences due to the partial pressure of work, as well as what are the miners’sources of work pressure is worth studying.The study is based on the theory of work pressure, combined with the investigation ofworking pressure of coal workers, puts forward miners’ seven sources of work pressure(including self-efficacy, job characteristics, Interpersonal relationship, occupation develop-ment, organization mechanism and style, role stress and work family conflict), Analysis therelationship of these stressors, working pressure and unsafety behavior, put forward the hypo-thesis, constructs the initial model of the relationship of miners’ working pressure and unsafebehavior, through empirical analysis to verify and interpret the model, get the relatedconclusion that job stressors and miners’ job pressure and unsafe behavior is related. Thestudy established the hypotheses between miners’ working pressure and unsafe behavior,developed the questionnaire and tested and modified, through structural equation method,fitted, evaluated and corrected the initial model, Determine the relationship model of minersworking pressure and unsafe behavior and has carried on the explanation, proposed somecountermeasures bout how to reduce the miners’ unsafe behavior.Through this study, draws the following conclusion, the influencing factors of self-efficacy,job characteristics, interpersonal relationship, occupation development, organization mecha-nism and style, role stress and work family conflict is the seven source of work pressurethe influence of this factors on job stress from high to low is work family conflict (0.89), organization mechanism mechanism and style (-0.85), interpersonal relationship (-0.78) jobcharacteristics (-0.72), occupation development(-0.71), role stress (0.68) and self-efficacy(-0.65), The self-efficacy except affecting the working pressure also directly affect the unsafebehavior, the path coefficient is-0.53, The path coefficient of working pressure impact onunsafe behavior is0.74.
