The antibiotics fermentation residue rich in organic matter, moisture content ishigh and some antibiotic residues, if inappropriate treatment and disposal not onlycauses waste of resources, but also can cause environmental risk. With theimprovement of people’s awareness of environmental protection, governmentdepartments gradually increase the intensity of residue disposal management. Thesafety of antibiotics fermentation residue disposal becomes a bottleneck forpharmaceutical industry development in China.Through comprehensive research about present situation of antibioticfermentation residue disposal at domestic and foreign, identify the main influencingfactors of residue disposal technology and build the evaluation model of residuedisposal technologies. Determined the weight sorting of influencing factors by fuzzymathematics analysis and calculate the model. Meanwhile filtered and defined thebest residue disposal technology with a comprehensive evaluation system. Then usemultiple linear regression and neural network to forecast antibiotic residues removalof the best disposal technology. And according to the prediction efficiency andprediction error, determine the best way to remove antibiotics residual predicted.To comprehensive grasp the present situation of residue disposal, the projectissues a questionnaire to16antibiotic pharmaceutical factories, ChinaPharmaceutical Industry Association, Environmental Management of Solid Waste inChina and other departments. According to chemical structure antibiotic productsare divided into six categories, of which tetracycline antibiotics’ yield is the largest,but the β-lactam antibiotics wet residue per unit of product is twice as tetracycline.Then reached the development of antibiotics residue disposal in China, presentsituation of residue disposal at abroad, and residue disposal technologies in China.Based on the analysis of questionnaire, build the Fuzzy-AHP assessment model oftreatment and disposal technologies about antibiotics residue. Meanwhile determinethe weight of residue disposal influencing factors by fuzzy mathematics. Theenvironmental factor (weight0.6368) is the most important factor in environmentalfactor, safety factor, economic and technical factor that four main factors. While theindex layer main factors are: soil pollution (0.2536), water pollution (0.1973),environmental accumulation (0.1474), dispose of energy (0.1138) and so on. As theresult, we choose compost and feed as the best disposal technologies for antibiotics fermentation residue by estimate compost, feed chemical, incineration, landfill andother technical that five kinds of treatment and disposal technologies.Finally, use multiple linear regression, Back Propagation and Radical BasisFunction neural network, respectively, to predict the antibiotic residues feedcomplex enzyme technology. Compared the adaptation, prediction efficiency, andprediction error by training data and test data, RBF neural network has highefficiency, and the fitting error reach about10-15. Therefore, RBF neural network isthe best prediction method to feed complex enzyme technology.
