| The market must put forward more strict demands on H-beam production with theinternational requirement of H-beam increasing, so the analysis and improvement onrolling technological parameter of H-beam has become the focus of scientific research.Combined with process layout of H-beam with universal mill of H-beam factory in theChangzhi, CCS tandem rolling5times rolling of H-beam has been simulated by DEFORMFEM software, deformation law of each pass and metal flow ’s influence on thedimensional precision in the rolling process of H-beam has been analysed and researched.Based on the elastic-plastic deformation theory, the FEM model in the universalrolling deformation process of H-beam has been established. The evolvement rule of stressand strain in the universal hole pattern of H-beam has been analysed, micro-tension tandemrolling speed unbalance rate’s effect on dimensional accuracy of universal hole pattern hasbeen researched. The simulation results show that: different rolling reduction will lead todifferent stress of workpiece, but the variation trend nearly same. The effective stresses inthe flange and web joint are fairly big, the maximum is243MPa. Along with the CCSuniversal rolling, the effective stress of former three passes appears rising trend withdeformation increasing, but the effective stress of last two pass drop because ofdeformation reducing.Final total width of the CCS universal rolling is401.2mm, the flange’s height is201.3mm, the flange’s width is12.8mm, the thickness of web is8.2mm. The size of H-beam’s each part of final rolling pass meets national standard. The calculation results showthat: pass schedule design and the size of H-beam’s each part of final rolling pass all meetproduction technological needs.The maximum displacement area of metal lateral flow is located in the flange and themaximum value is6.87mm. The maximum area of vertical displacement is located in theend of flange and the maximum value is5.88mm. The height value of flange changes from197.5mm to202.8mm. The thickness of flange is between12.5mm and13.6mm. The thickness of web changes from7.4mm to8.50mm. So the finished size meets the tolerancestandard. |
