The lead frame is a key basic part in manufacturing industry, our country can supply only50percent market demand, largely because the high-speed precision press line for forminglead frames is inadequate. With the development of production, the traditional mechanicalpresses hardly meet the production process and use requirements. The high-speed precisionpress can not only meet the high-speed and high-precision, but also improve its the poorfitness of process and fixed working mode.The application of high speed press in the leadframe production will improve our production level of lead frame and bring enormouseconomic and social benefits. Based on the practice, research the key technologies ofhigh-speed precision press for lead frame, mainly including:Fristly, introduce the production of lead frame, the development history and currentresearch of high-speed press.Secondly, according to main performance parameters of Xuzhou forging group andproduction process of lead frame, describe principle and merits of high-speed press, makeoverall design for the equipment, analyze compensation principle of bottom deadcenter(B.D.C), design and analyze main mechanical components of the equipment.Thirdly, analyze motion process of transmission system for the high-speed press with anew oval gear-crank and connecting rod mechanism, establish kinematic equations, useADMAS to establish the dynamic model of oval gear-crank and connecting rod mechanism,simulate and analyze the slider displacement, velocity and acceleration curves, study theinfluence of oval gear eccentricity e, crank radius R and rotational speed of the driving gearw1on the motion.Finally, use ANSYS Workbench software to analyze combined press frame, obtain thesimulation results of combined frame and work surface in the working states.Moreover, carryout the modal analysis of combined press frame, calculate the natural frequency andcorresponding mode shapes, and analyze the mode shapes.
