As electronic communications,electrical appliances and other products of the rapid development of technology,the growing demand for precision stamping parts,technology demand is higher and higher,so using high-speed precision punch to high speed,automation,continuous stamping is the effective way to solve the problem.In this paper,a symmetrical lever type high speed punch is used as the research object to discuss the dynamic balancing strategy and the method to analyze the dynamic precision compensation of the bottom dead point.For high-speed punch press main transmission mechanism and dynamic balance mechanism,then establish kinematic vector equation to get the kinematics parameter expression of sports bar and combining with the constraint conditions,using the MATLAB optimization was carried out on the main drive mechanism,dynamic balance mechanism,and output of all bar under the fixed speed curve of motion parameters to complete inspection.And through the bar length parameters and bar connection by using d 'alembert principle to establish a bar statics equations,given the size of the impact load and loading mode,output the force curve graph,using the maximum load intensity and to determine the complete bar cross section parameters of the rod.Furthermore,the complete dynamic balance of the whole machine is realized by exploring the relative parameters of the balance block,and the dynamic balancing ability of the punching machine is also researched.In the study of the dynamic precision of the dead center of high-speed press,the effect of crank speed,main slider mass and bar deformation on the accuracy of bottom dead center is involved The dynamic compensation model of bottom dead center is established.We found that between the bottom dead center of the slider and the vertical movement slider are the linear relationship.Set 3D model by SolidWorks.use 'Cosmosmotio' to do motion simulation.Comparing with the MATLAB output curve,the correctness of the analysis of the kinematics and dynamics of the punching machine is verified.
