With the With the fast development of modern manufacturing industry, mechanical pressmachine will be difficult to meet the market demand for the production of accuracy products, dueto poor dynamic accuracy of its bottom dead center. Therefore, in the process of stamping presses,how to keep a good bottom dead center accuracy has become a key issue in current study. In thispaper, taking a slider-crank type mechanical press machine as the research object, the measurementand evaluation method of bottom dead center position was studied, and the key technologyinvolved was analyzed and discussed with a deeper degree.(1)Thermal analysis and simulation of the main components: the stress, calorific value andboundary conditions of the main heat source components were calculated by analyzing theinfluence factors and the main heat source of mechanical press machine accuracy. The maincomponents model was built in Pro/E, the temperature field and stress field are achieved withANSYS, the influence of the bottom dead center position accuracy was concluded under the maincomponents, and the thermal compensation model was proposed.(2)Accuracy measurement and compensation technique of bottom dead center: the detectionsystem of bottom dead center and monitor system of crankshaft temperature were designed.Specifically, detection and acquisition system of bottom dead center and laboratory test wereresearched. Based on the detection system of bottom dead center, the monitor system of crankshafttemperature and the thermal compensation model, the design scheme of thermal compensation anddynamic regulation system were proposed.(3)Study on accuracy measurement and compensation technique of bottom dead centerevaluation method of bottom dead center: based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation(FCE), a repeated positional accuracy evaluation method with multipleparameters was proposed, which will provide a comprehensive reference basis to accuracyevaluation of mechanical press machine.
