The non-sinusoidal oscillation of the mold is one of key techniques in thedevelopment of high-speed continuous casting. Function is the foundation ofnon-sinusoidal oscillation. The obtained technological parameters, the dynamiccharacters and the implement form indicate the characters of the function. Synchronousvibration control model is a reasonable means for achieving proper technologicalparameters. Therefore, the development of the oscillation function, the definition of thetechnological parameters of the oscillation, the development of the synchro control modelare of great importance both in theory and in practice. Series of research works on thissubject were made in this paper as follow.The formation mechanism of vibration marks are briefly analyzed, concluding thatthe main factors influencing the vibration mark depth are vibration parameters. Theanalysis of the parameters and synchronous control model for the sinusoidal vibration,laid a solid foundation for the following non sinusoidal vibration analysis.The optimized oscillation model and the technological parameters were analyzed.Three different non-sinusoidal oscillation functions were constructed according to thecharacters of various technological parameters and the way to realize them. Respectivelyaccording to different vibration mode, using three different methods to solve theprocessing parameter expression. Each has its own characters. The non-sinusoidaloscillation waveform becomes more abundant. It is of great significant both in theory andin practice to the development and application of non-sinusoidal oscillation technique.For the non-sinusoidal vibration of section function, its multi-objective optimizationmathematical model is established by the multi-objective optimization design theory.The objective function and constraints have already been written into the M-file and thenusing MATLAB software comes with the genetic algorithm toolbox to optimize them,and finally make a comparative analysis the results before and after the optimization.
