China is a big iron and steel country,and the iron and steel production is the number one in the world.However,the shortage is not a strong iron and steel country.Many steel products also need to be imported.Moreover,the problems of high energy consumption,high pollution and low quality exist in China's iron and steel industry.More and more important in the conservation of resources and environmental protection today,iron and steel industry need to improve production efficiency and production quality and less pollutant emissions,continuous casting as a key step in the production of iron and steel,is crucial to the efficiency and the quality of steel production,the crystallizer vibration technology is the core technology of continuous casting,direct the relationship between the surface quality of continuous casting slab.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the vibration technology of the crystallizer.This paper studies the non sinusoidal oscillation of mould technology,the use of multi segment piecewise function method to construct the function expression of non sinusoidal wave,a v_c-h synchronization control model and v_c-f synchronization control model was establishes,and establishes the optimization model of non sinusoidal oscillation parameters,based on the mathematical model developed the optimization software,the specific contents are as follows:(1)Introduce 4 kinds of vibration types and their advantages and disadvantages in the development of mould oscillation technology.Then take sine vibration technology as an example,calculate the basic parameters and process parameters of mold vibration technology,and elaborate the development of mold oscillation device.(2)Through the multi section piecewise function method,the sine wave function expression is established,which improves the shortcomings of the previous piecewise function acceleration curve,and establishes a synchronous control model and a synchronous control model with different skew rates.(3)Establish the mathematical model of non sinusoidal waveform parameter optimization,establish its design variables and constraints.With negative sliding time as the objective function,particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to find its optimal solution,and the interface of optimization software is made by using MFC.
