PH-responsive hyperbranched polymers combined with hyperbranched polymer chainswas not easy to tangle with good solubility, low viscosity and a large number of functionalgroups at the molecular chain end, and pH-responsive behavior characteristics, had beenbecome one of the hotspots of smart materials.In this paper, we synthesized monomers: N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethane(N-Boc-AEN), N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethane hydrochloride(N-AENH), N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethane(N-AEN). Poly(N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoeth-ane)(PBAEN) was prepared through reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization. Then PBAEN with the unit of porphyrin or fluorene was prepared by one-potmethod(the reduction of dithioester and click reaction between thiol and epoxy group wereconducted simultaneously). Finally, water soluble poly (N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethanehydrochloride)-porphyrin/fluorine(PAENH-EPT/DEPF) with fluorescent properties wasobtained after deprotection reaction.Meanwhile, Hyperbranched poly(N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethane)(HYPAEN) wassynthesized through the monomer N-AEN’s Michael addition polymerization. And it wasfunctionalized, in order to obtain hyperbranched polymers with multiple responses. We useNMR, FTIR UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy to characterize the structure andproperties of monomers, small molecules and polymers. GPC was used to measure themolecular weight of PBAEN and its distribution. Also we studied the effect of pH onpolymers properties.This article is divided into four chapters:In Chapter1: Introduction. Hyperbranched polymers and stimuli-responsive polymerswere straightforward introduction. The research status of the hyperbranched polyamide-aminewas outlined.In Chapter2: The synthesis and characterization of monomers and chain transfer reagent.In Chapter3: The synthesis and pH response of poly(N-acryloyl-1,2-diaminoethanehydrochloride)-porphyrin/fluorine. Fluorescent polymer PAENH-EPT and PAENH-DEPFwere successful synthesized through RAFT polymerization and one-pot. And we studied theirpH-responsive behavior and changes in concentration on their optical properties.In Chapter4: The synthesis and application of hyperbranched poly(N-acryloyl-1,2 -diaminoethane). HYPAEN was synthesized through Michael addition polymerization. Thenit reacted with isobutyryl chloride and N-isopropylacrylamide and graft productsHYPAEN-IBAm and HYPAEN-NIPAm were obtained. Also we discussed the effect of pHchange on HYPAEN’s properties.
