With the popularity of computer networks and the developmemt of virtual realitytechnology, domestic garment CAD technology matures, and has formed commercialization.Due to the garments that put on the complicated three dimension human bodies arestereoscopic, which will promote garment CAD and related technologies from thetwo-dimensional technology as the core toward the three-dimensional garment CAD system,intelligent, network-based, integrated other direction. Among them, the three-dimensionalgarment CAD, virtual and digital wearing custom clothing is widespread concern at home andabroad and the academic research hotspot in recent years and the number of human studieshave also become the basis for research in this area.Human modeling methods currently available in the modeling, modeling speed andmodeling accuracy is not adapted to the requirements of a three-dimensional garment CAD,based on the subject of garment CAD design requirements, to study the problem ofthree-dimensional human model for further clothing modeling, simulation, and other designpieces to start the production process to provide a basis. The method used is the subjectsection of the ring with a quick reverse modeling3D body model, the first is to parse thebody scan data file, after the passage of de-noising, coordinate calibration, data cleansingand other data preprocessing, the body point cloud data into the system; then use the body’smain characteristic features of semantic definitions section features section and use the pointcloud data to obtain the body section of the main features of the stub cloud, for cloud cut linesegments using cubic Bezier curve fitting, whereby the body’s wire frame model and get thebody patch model based on this model is a three-dimensional CAD design and simulation ofinterference test basis. This paper also discusses the same curve, surface smoothness, bodyfeature recognition, human walking and other issues, research work in the full realization of apreliminary study to build a dynamic model of the human body on the basis of the staticmodel, dynamic model to explore the accumulated error, walking definition of the problem;based on the above studies fifth chapter also details the Mannequin human modeling software prototype system to demonstrate the application of the above-mentioned research work of thesoftware system.Finally, in the sixth chapter summarizes the research work of this paper, futureresearch presented difficulties that may be encountered, and introduces the future researchtopics and prospects from the technology and applications.
