The blast furnace is an importment part in the production of metallurgical industry,protection of blast furnace work safety is also very important. Because the blower is the majorpower equipment of blast furnace. When the blower working situation is a good,so the blowercan delivery plenty of air material for blast furnace, and make the blast furnace in highefficiency work condition. But when the blower working in surge situation,the blower notonly cannot supply enough air materials for blast furnace,but also can damage the blowerbody and blast furnace equipment. Surge is the greatest potential safety problems whenblower works,that is also the important factor of safety of blast furnace operation.In order to prevent the surge phenomenon when the blower is working, this thesis willfocus on research expert system fuzzy PID control algorithm, study how to control the surgevalve, so as to avoid blower surge. Introduceing the working principle of blower and why thesurge happen, in-depth study Expert System fuzzy PID algorithm control blower the surge,andanalysis the algorithm.The Expert System is an important branch of artificial intelligence, it has a experts in thefield of knowledge. The Expert System has been widely applied in industrial production. Thispaper introduces the fuzzy PID control algorithm principle and the composition of the expertsystem includes knowledge base, database and reasoning machine, etc. Expert Systemsimulate the experts thinking blower anti-surge field,and reasoning judgment and modifyfuzzy PID algorithm quantization factor and scaling factor, regulates the blower anti-surgevalve, make the blower work in a safe area. Fuzzy PID algorithm based on Expert Systemcontrol blower the surge is more professional, timeliness and intelligent.Expert system according to the blower working conditions, the use of expert systemreasoning machine according to the current information in the knowledge base of pairing,paired output corresponding control factor. Through the Expert System of fuzzy PID controlalgorithm of quantization factor and scaling factor of correction, the output control factor tocontrol the blower surge valve. In order to achieve more ideal blower anti-surge control effect.
