Large blowers are the core power equipment for stable and efficient operation of blast furnace smelting.Surge is the inherent mechanical characteristics of the blower.The occurrence of surge will bring immeasurable losses to the unit and the blast furnace.Therefore,the stable operation of the blower plays a crucial role in the blast furnace smelting.In the process of blast furnace blower control,more advanced and scientific control strategies and control measures are adopted.It ensures the normal operation of the blower,reduces the failure rate and the shutdown rate,and is of great significance to the normal production of blast furnace smelting and the improvement of smelting production and quality.This article focuses on the basic control system of the blower,surging prediction and anti-surge control.By analyzing the working principle of blower,surge principle and unit control strategy,the control structure and control scheme of blower control system are proposed;The control scheme design includes: simulation and implementation of intelligent control algorithms,hardware design,software design,host computer monitoring system design,equipment communication technology,blower debugging and operation.In order to achieve blower surge prediction and anti-surge control,to ensure the stable operation of the blower.During the design of the blower control system,the system uses expert PID algorithm in combination with the S7-315-2DP controller to achieve anti-surge control of the blower,the LS-SVM analyzes the anti-surge parameter values collected by the system and indirectly completes the blower surge prediction.Siemens touch screen and Factor Talk View SE completed the monitoring of the blower control system;Siemens touch screen and S7-315-2DP adopt Ethernet TCP/IP communication protocol to realize on-site monitoring during blower operation;The Factor Talk View SE configuration software interacts with the S7-315-2DP using an OPC server to realize the forecasting of blower surge control parameter values and the remote monitoring of the actual values of parameters,and OPC DA technology solves Factor Talk View SE and Matlab 2014 a.The barriers to data exchange further enable the application of intelligent control algorithms in industrial control systems.The S7-315-2DP communicates with the ACS800 drive using the Profibus-DP protocol,ensuring accurate control of the blower main motor speed.This article successfully applied LS-SVM and expert PID algorithm in blower control system.The LS-SVM effectively achieves the prediction of surging,enhances the ability of the blower control system to adapt to complex industrial environments,and reduces the chance of blower surge;The expert PID algorithm solves the shortcomings of poor stability and slow response time of a single PID anti-surge control system and improves the control accuracy of the control system.
