Such control structure can have more function to restrain the disturbance and had a good dynamic character for the unit.In computer control system, Advanced technology and advanced thoughts are adopted in this thesis, the safety inter-clock,anti-surge automation,production supervisor, analysis& alarm of devices troubles,and reports printing etc of the Blast Furnace Blower are realized. The control thoughts have a practical significance for improving the automation degree as well as providing safety protection of the whole blower unit.We illustrate the realizations of control function of anti-surge and anti-reverse in details during blower running. We also focus our study on how to realize the function of fixing pressure and flow with the control in this computer control system are illustrated. Finally, we illustrate the method of field debug.The control system of the blast furnace blower, which is designed in this thesis, has already been put into the xinyu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. A steady control system and satisfactory control effect are obtained finally. Specially, it is very important to display and control Anti-surge Curve online for higher abilities of blower.
