Before the establishment of landfill leachate treatment system, landfill affect the activities of plants and animals. Far from the city’s sewage treatment plant, landfill need to establish independent system of the landfill leachate treatment, this paper discussed the design process, the status of debugging and real operation.(1) The design of leachate generated by the liuliping landfill of Shiyan City.(2) Through to comparison and selection of the process, select the leachate process for the conditioning Tank-Air stripping method-UASB-SBR-Adsorption Coagulation-pool disinfection.(3) In this study, in order to research the Liuliping MSW landfill leachate of the Shiyan City, using materialized Pretreatment of Landfill Leachate can remove a lot of ammonia, a great advantage of the subsequent biological process, The air stripping method has the incomparable advantage of other methods:the first, simple process and low economic cost; the Second can recall its product and does not cause secondary pollution to the environment.(4)Using the biological treatment methods:anaerobic-aerobic treatment (UASB-SBR), so you can remove of COD, BOD, heavy metals and other contaminants. The upflow anaerobic sludge bed anaerobic treatment can handle high concentration organic wastewater, COD, BOD. These removal rate of82%and85%. Respectively, after the sequence batch activated sludge method’s advantage is its higher cost, you can not only remove organics, but also total nitrogen and phosphorus.(5)Finally, using physico-chemical treatment processing (adsorption, coagulation and sedimentation), in order to remove more of the remaining organic matter, total nitrogen, phosphorus and heavy metals. On the one hand, it good to remove, one the other hand the flexibility to deal with landfill leachate under the different conditions. Especially, the field of older age, its stage accounts for a major position in the process. (6)During the test, the primary control parameters (pH, reaction time, at different coagulants) were tested, and the various process when strung together study the effect of removing of the contaminants.(7) Control the parameters pH of each process has an impact, there mainly to discuss the impact of pH on ammonia stripping process, it’s selection is pH10.0.(8) During the test, SBR process followed by the ammonia stripping process is test. In certain circumstances of the sludge load, and the pH value, leachate treatment’s affect how to different residence time.
