The coal gangue piles have to occupie lots of land, serious damage to ecologicalenvironment, and affect the original landform landscape, which becomes the mainfactor for environmental pollution. For the coal gangue pollution prevention andenvironmental management, it is important to know release rules of the harmful andtoxic substances in coal gangue. In the paper, we focus on the coal gangue dump caused environment around. Theresearch object is the soil within90m along the coal gangue dump. According to studyof the concentration of heavy metal and organic matter in the soil within90m alongthe coal gangue dump, the coal gangue dump can be affected the local soilenvironment. The content of heavy metal and aromatic hydrocarbon in soil wastapering off with the distance of the coal gangue dump first increased then decreased. This paper holds that the influence of the natural precipitation is higher than naturalweathering for the soil within90m along the coal gangue dump.Through dynamic simulation leaching, make clear the dissolution characteristicsof heavy metals and organic compounds In the process of dynamic simulation leachingthe concentration of Cr, Cd, Pb by leaching was the linear growth a logarithmicincrease, the concentration of Ba, Mn, Be was the logarithmic increase, theconcentration of Ni, Cu, Zn was experienced three stages: a slow release, logarithmicrelease and slow release. Though the coal gangue, coal gangue&soil dynamicsimulation leaching, the dissolution characteristic of the harmful and toxic organiccompounds in the leaching. The process of organic matter in leaching was relativelystable and low.Based upon the research results and the practical situation of Jiulong coal mine, with use of the research result of other peoples as reference, it brings forwardcomprehensive utilization precept for coal gangue of Jiulong coal mine.
