The lead-acid barium (BaPbO3) is a novel multifunctional electrically conductive ceramic. So it is an excellent conductive material for thin-film and composite material, improving the conductivity of the material and some other comprehensive performance. In this thesis, prepared by the sol-gel method, we got conductive films of conductivity K≈3.0925×102s/m on Al2O3substrates. There is good adhesion between conductive film and the substrate. By coupling with TiO2thin film, There is also can be formed photo-electro-catalysis efficiency with composite membrane.The paper includes the following four parts:①There is a brief introduction of membrane separation technology, photo-catalytic technology, photoelectric catalytic technology development and application, focusing on the composite membrane modification methods. Conductive ceramic materials, A discussion on how to select electrode materials. It focus on Clarifying the background,the main research contents and the innovative points in this paper.②Process of preparing composite membrane by sol-gel method is introduced. The conductive layer preparation process includes electrode effect, photo-catalytic film preparation process, composite film doped processes of preparing metallic and nonmetallic elements.③With4BS dye wastewater, studies have shown that the coupling effects of the Composite Films by the composite membrane photo-electro-catalysis experimental, as well as the exploration the photoelectric catalytic mechanism.④basic properties of conductive powder, conductive film and photo-catalytic composite membrane were tested and analyzed through the detection method like SEM, XRD, resistance measurement. The study was to investigate the influencing factors in the Preparation process of the composite membrane.This research on BaPbO3is taken as electrode to the applied voltage focus on composite Films catalytic synergies.
