The county of MianNing have abundant of rare earth resources, expecially theyak village of senrong country which have flat quality medium ore deposit. Through theaccumulation,there is owned2.5million tons rare earth ore, its reserve rank the sencondplace in our nation. Because of the mining technology is backward and the resourcedevelopment is in a disordered state, leading to low resource utilization, mine excessivehave digged in a disordered,tailings have threw in a disordered and waste water alsohave drained in a disordered.Now only the yak village is formed0.6square kilometers ofthe tailings dump, the ore slag have2million tons.When the water washed,a large numberof tailings sand into the channel, cause the channel plugging and waste water into the river,rare earth secondary waste water flows into the anling river water which would pollute theriver, and endanger human anling river basin, endanger the safety of drinking water cropsirrigation safety,.It not only damage the ecological environment, but also caused the rareearth resources waste.This thesis mainly have studied the rare earth waste slag of resource recycle in thecounty of mianning, used a wide range of local sources contain tannins bark of the oaktree as raw material and used the three methods of crosslinking curing, ramie fiber graftedcuring and NH2SiO2curing prepared in crosslinking curing oak tannins, ramie fibergrafted curing oak tannins, NH2SiO2curing oak tannins, then used the three kinds ofmaterials to research the Adsorption characteristics of three kinds of light rare earth ionLa3+、Ce3+、 Pr3+. The experiment data analysis showed that the three kinds of curing tannins adsorption effect is good.,and the NH2SiO2curing oak tannins adsorption effectis the best,:when La3+、Ce3+、Pr3+initial concentration was5mmol/l, in the optimal pHand temperature conditions, and the tannin adsorption material dose is0.1g, that theequilibrium adsorption could achieve La3+528.70mg/g, Pr3+479.08mg/g; Ce3+446.95mg/g.On the basis of experiment researched the rare earth mineral leaching optimalconditions,and used the yak village’s rare earth slag as the research object, by randomsampling, determined the content of rare earth in the waste slag ore. In the differentconcentration of sulfuric acid solution, temperature and time leaching conditions, repeatedleaching the rare earth waste slag to look for its biggest leaching,the experimental resultsshowed that: when T=323k, T=sixty min, sulfuric acid solution concentration is0.5mol/l leaching conditions got the largest amount of rare earth, its content is:20.21mg/g(La:7.20mg/g, Ce:9.10mg/g, Pr:1.07mg/g, Nd:2.84mg/g). Used the threeadsorption material curinglink oak tannins, ramie fiber cured oak tannins, NH2SiO2cured oak tannins on recycled the slag leaching liquid to adsorpt the Re3+, three kindsof materials to adsorpt the rare earth slag effection was quite good, adsorption rate washigh, the best materials was the NH2SiO2cured oak tannins curing,the rusult is: whenunder the condition of T=323k, t=3h, pH=5.5, tannin content=0.4g, its biggestadsorption rate is:78.02%. The results showed that this method was suitable for recyclingthe rare earth in the waste slag.
