The coal industry in our country is the important foundation of the national economy development. Mine safety production is not only the indispensable factors of realizing the healthy growth and the sustainable development in coal mine enterprise, but also the prerequisites of achieving social harmony, and ensuring national energy security in our country. In recent years, with the increasing attention paid to coal mine safety, the situation of coal mine safety in China has been improved greatly, However, it still has not fundamentally solve the problem of safety production in coal mine. Comparing with the developed countries, millions of tons of mortality, the number of accidents and casualties of coal mine in our country is still very high, so the coal mine safety situation is still grim in our country.The thesis begins with the study about today’s coal mine industry in China, and targets at the accidents by exploring the technology mechanism of accident, so as to reveal the intrinsical causes behind the tragedy, establish the accident-causing model and the warning evaluation index system of coal mine safety. Then takes one coal mine in Zhengzhou Coal Industry CO.Ltd. as an example to conduct applied study by using an evaluation method of neural network based on genetic algorithm. Finally, the early-warning system for accident of coal mine is constructed. Specifically, the main contents of the thesis are as follows:First, a coal mine accident-causing mechanism is putted forward. Based on the Accident Cause Theory, the thesis explores the occurrence and developing mechanism of coal mine accidents. By rooting the causes into five key aspects, which are human, equipment, environment, management and information, this thesis compares their different relationships to risk factors and analysis the process of an accident, a coal mine accident-causing mechanism is putted forward, and the evaluation indexes system of coal mine safety is built on the theoretical framework. Second, the early warning index system of coal mine accident is established. Based on the theoretical framework of coal mine accident-causing and actual research and the literature, the index system that include5level aspects and36indicators of human, machine and equipment, environment, management and information could reflect the affecting factors in coal mine safety production comprehensive.Third, the early warning model of coal mine is constructed. The model that combined with genetic algorithm(GA) and BP neural network could solve the inadequacies of BP neural network such as slow convergence velocity and potential trapping into local search. Then takes one Coal Mine in Zhengzhou Coal Industry CO.Ltd. as an example to conduct applied study, compared with the BP neural network, GA-BP could achieve the required precision quickly and have less prediction error.Forth, the early warning management system of coal mine is constructed. With the help of enterprise forewarning theory, the idea of constructing an early warning system, function, work content, organization structure, operation mode and early warning system works are discussed.
