Catalytic Wet Peroxide Oxidation (referred to CWPO) is a method which has the mildreaction conditions and good treatment effect. In this paper Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3catalyst wereprepared by impregnation,with Acid Orange52azo dye,anthraquinone dye Reactive BrilliantBlue KN-R as the goal degradation was investigated in catalytic wet hydrogen peroxidemethod (CWPO) of the catalytic activity.Using COD,TOC and colour removal as indicators,Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3degradation effect on the two kinds of dyes to explore the best reactionconditions.The results showed that though catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide degradated organicwastewater, Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3catalyst which achieved two kinds of dye wastewater degradationrate increased from26%to90%,increased the degradation effect greatly.It was found the bestconditions which dealed with the initial concentration of Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R wastewater200mg/L:temperature150℃, pressure0.5MPa, H2O233mg/L, pH6, reaction time1hour. on the optimum conditions, TOC, COD and colour removal rate reached95.6%,82.5%and99.8%respectively. Which dealed with the initial concentration of Acid orange52200mg/L:temperature175℃, pressure0.3MPa, H2O266mg/L, pH7, reaction time2h.On thebest conditions, TOC, COD and colour removal rate reached94.4%,92.3%and99.7%respectively.The results showed that Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3was used for treatment of high concentrationorganic wastewater by catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide which has very good results. |
