| In order to reduce solid waste discharge in recycling process of secondary fiber, thepaper focus on the research direction of recovery fiber and filler from slag, and puts forwardthe idea of separation fiber, filler, ink particles and other impurities by means of floatation inthe process of flotation deinking, and simulation research of separating filler, fiber and the inkparticles in ink residue.Filler CaCO3, several plant fiber and water-based ink were selected in the paper, throughits collocation simulation of the three components existing in pulp and research the separationprocess, finally, using the real ink slag verify the practical of the study results.First of all, this paper discusses the flotation possibility of the ink particles, filler andfiber from the water, and discusses the optimum process condition. Experiments show thatfilling and ink flotation was easy from water, but fiber very difficult; With the whiteness asthe test index of the amount of ink, the best conditions for flotation ink from water is theamount of Al2(SO4)3to3%(OD weight terms, similarly hereinafter), AEO-7for0.8%,flotation time for15min, flotation temperature for50℃; With ash content as the test index ofthe amount of filler, the best condition for flotation filler is CTAB content for0.4%, sodiumoleate for0.4%, flotation temperature for50℃, flotation time for10min. The amount offlotation filler accounts for the total about60.88%at this time.Secondly, this paper discusses two-component separation results, and makes thefeasibility plan. The best separation conditions of fiber and ink is AEO-7’s content for0.8%,Al3+for2%, pH for5, flotation time for15min, flotation temperature for50℃; Forseparating filler and ink, two section flotation method was adopted, the first flotation inkparticles, and then filler. The best conditions for the first section were CTAB for0.4%,sodium oleic for0.4%, the second section were AEO-7for0.8%, Al2(SO4)3for2%, flotationtime for5min, temperature flotation for50℃; The best separation conditions of fiber andfiller is sodium oleate for0.4%, CTAB for0.4%, Al2(SO4)3for2%.Finally, three components were separated by using two section flotation, the first section:the amount of CTAB is0.4%, and that of sodium oleic for0.4%; The second section: theamount of AEO-7is0.4%, that of Al2(SO4)3for2%, two section flotation time all for5min, flotation temperature for50℃.With deinking ink residue of MOW verified, the results showed that: the recovery of slagfiber23.32%of the total, the whiteness was41.0%, recycling filler accounted for36.02%ofthe total. |
