| Yongping oilfield is located in jilin province SongYuanShi territory, is located in thenorth shore of the second songhua river, northwest connected with fuyu oilfield, oil centerabout20km away from fuyu east water station; The northeast field about30km away fromchangchun ridge; The nearest gathering system for about20km east water station in fuyuoilfield. According to the yongping oilfield in fuyu reservoir effective thickness mapanalysis, we think spring four yongping oilfield reserves in the plane distribution is notbalanced, reserves abundance has a certain difference. According to the reserves, yongpingoilfield reserves can be divided into three categories:(1) JF229block, oil bearing area10.15km2, reserves1110.07x104t,109.4x104t/km2reserves abundance;(2) JF221block, oilbearing area12.93km2, reserves1295.74x104t,100.2x104t/km2reserves abundance;(3)JF208block, oil bearing area2.36km2, reserves187.32x104t,79.4x104t/km2reservesabundance. Through the investigation and analysis of the yongping oilfield production, wethink yongping oilfield have sustainable development, can provide guarantee for jilin oilfieldon crude oil production, and achieve the goal of cost savings.The project plan, this paper studies the theory, social conditions, natural conditions anddevelopment forecasting, development layout and other factors, which affect the project,from oil and gas gathering system, single well gathering system, multi-angle comprehensivetechniques such as oil and gas processing system demonstrates the project investment in theproject plan. Yongping oilfield based on the comprehensive analysis of the oil and gastechnology system, using the solution than choose what cost estimation methods in the studyof the rationality of the project technical scheme.This paper consider the long-term development of yongping oilfield, applying the oiland gas storage and transportation, project management, technical economics and otherrelated knowledge, the technical scheme of yongping oil field oil and gas gathering andtransferring system, investment estimation, such as research and analysis, so as to come tothe conclusion that this project is feasible.Paper innovation is the theory with practice, the technical practice, project evaluationtheory and production practice of oil and gas gathering and transferring system in yongping oilfield technical scheme in the planning and research, make the decision more rational,scientific, objective of the project, conforms to the enterprise economic benefit as the centerof investment principles and scheme adopted in the design of a lot of oilfield groundengineering, new technology and new products is worthy of reference for oilfield of otherprojects, as well as new blocks in the ground engineering construction project technicalevaluation provides a reference method.This paper in order to achieve the smooth yongping oilfield exploitation, the project’soverall layout, single well pumping, the diversity of the solution of oil and gas processing,and each of which can achieve the desired goal, from saving investment (includingengineering cost and operation cost), advanced technology and meet yongping oilfieldsustainable development point of view, the analysis and choice of many alternatives, tochoose the optimal solution.At present, the total class materials and equipment of the whole oil system and complex,the quality of the product and technical index and the price also is not the same, so theselection of materials and equipment also difficult, the project is mainly from the aspects oftechnical indicators, processing capacity and so on comprehensive consideration, choose theoptimal materials and meet the technological requirements of equipment.This project is a key project of jilin oilfield company project. Yongping oilfield groundengineering construction of jilin oilfield crude oil in the sustainable product laid a solidfoundation.The construction of the project fully comply with the relevant policies and regulationsof the country, conform to the standards and norms related to the China’s oil and gas industry,meet the requirements of environmental protection and safety. Oil and gas resources is veryreliable, there is plenty of oil source as a guarantee. The perimeter of the natural conditionsand transportation are the construction conditions. Ground construction program of thesystem scientific and reasonable, technology advanced, safe and reliable operation, lowenergy consumption, less pollution, has the good social efficiency, the construction of thisproject will not cause adverse effects on the surrounding environment. |
