China Ocean Engineering Pollution Prevention Legal System Perfect

In the current world developing marine resources, especially our country will take oceandevelopment as a national development strategy should be attached great importance to thecase, a variety of marine engineering in the exploitation of marine resources, pollute theenvironment of oceans have become increasingly prominent. In2011June China BohaiPenglai offshore oil spill events, causing serious damage to the marine ecologicalenvironment, more call attention of environmental protection and pollution prevention andcontrol law.This paper to the ocean engineering pollution in our country legal system as the theme,mainly discusses the China ocean engineering pollution control legal system status quo,achievements and shortcomings, the key discussed our country marine engineering pollutionprevention legal system perfect. The main content of this thesis, divided into5chapters. Thefirst chapter, introduced the research background, research situation at home and abroad andthe main innovation of the thesis. The fourth chapter ofour country marine engineering pollution prevention law present situation and insufficient,mainly analyzes our country current on ocean engineering pollution prevention lawlegislation, focus on the analysis of the existing problems. The fifth chapter of our countrymarine engineering pollution prevention legal system perfect, in front of our country marineengineering pollution prevention and control law based on the existence of main questions,mainly discusses how to perfect our country’s marine engineering pollution control legalsystem. The significance of this paper, is to how to perfect our legal system of marineengineering and puts forward some suggestions.
