Semi-automatic rotor spinning machine is widely applied in the field of the domestic textile. But in the degree of automation with foreign rotor spinning machine, there is still a sizeable gap, such as low production efficiency, still large proportion of manual operation. Due to rising labor costs, improvement of the quality of yarn, according to the circumstances of countries, The automation and intelligence requirements of rotor spinning machine are becoming increasingly urgent. With the rapid development of science and technology, the automation of semi-automatic rotor spinning machine can be improved to take. As a part of the semi-automatic rotor spinning machine, doffing system also affects the efficiency and quality of spinning.This issue is to optimize and control the software about the automatic doffing system of semiautomatic rotor spinning machine. Through visiting home and abroad rotor spinning machine, based on related information literature, thorough and systematic analysis of the functions of the agencies of the semi-automatic rotor spinning machine, the working principle, process, automatic doffing yarn efficiency factors and the emergence of error or emergency situation and software anti-jamming design, in order to achieve the most rapid and most effective software purpose.First, CAN bus has outstanding reliability, real-time and flexibility in data communication. In order to solve the problems of the plurality of spinning units communicate with the host, CAN bus technology will be researched. Establish an appropriate mathematical model, design optimal path planning algorithm for full barrel position, improve the efficiency of automatic doffing system.Secondly, when the yarn is full, in order to achieve fast and accurate positioning of robotic for automatic doffing, this issue analyzes in detail signal generation process and the software control flow. At the same time, based the SVPWM control of the asynchronous motor, it is explained the process about deceleration, steady stop and precise positioning of automatic doffing trolley, so as to meet automatic doffing system on-site requirements.At last, in order to achieve better control functions of automatic doffing software system, we used MCF5235CPU chip produced by Freescale Company as a control system here, which is based on the VxWorks operating system platform. The chip can quickly and accurately, effectively achieve signal acquisition, path control algorithms and motor control.In order to verify software control program of the automatic doffing system, test software design and development of control system, establish of the experimental platform and simulate experiments. Experiments show that, software design of the automatic doffing system which paper designs and develops is feasible, control functions can basically meet the doffing system of semi-automatic rotor spinning machine control requirements.
