With the increasing competition with enterprises of the textile industry, the incre asing demands of the entire industry equipment to upgrade. Automatic doffing syste m which also occupies a very important position. Doffing production lines in a broad has gradually achieve total automatic or simply less man-power, there ar e still many domestic enterprises using a semi-automatic doffing, there are com plex mechanical structure to replace the cumbersome process of spinning variet y, speed accuracy, and low degree of automation. Increasingly prominent issue its labor and more labor-intensive, low productivity.With the escalating variety of microelectronic technology, theory, and equip ment update,more features added to the automatic doffing system which makes it much efficiency and better stability. Automatic doffing system combines mic roelectronics, computers, sensors, test and signal processing, automatic control a nd optical, mechanical and electronic integration technology in a high-tech mac hinery and equipment. The main function is to patrol positioning, automatic dof ring system wrap cylinder, automatic doffing.After analyzing the reference is based on the domestic and foreign automa tic doffing system structure and function, to design a new automatic doffing sy stem applicable todifferent modelsof textile machineryas well asanalysis ofthewo rkingprinciple,proposedas the basis forthecorrespondingcontrolprogram and accord ing to the design of the control program, divided corresponding subsystems an d modules, to clear the function and control of each part. Classified summary of all input and output signals in the system, clear the way occasions as well as modulation of each type of signal application at last.Automatic doffing system host CPU MCF5235design the entire hardware circuit system, that use CAN bus and RS485communication, distribution of the various parts of the address space. Retain the MCF5235all debugging interface and design power supply circuit of the system, the clock circuit, reset and alar m circuit, CAN and RS485communication interface, the digital signal input-ou tput circuit, the input-output circuit of the analog signal, shaping the signal con verting circuit, different signal modulation method, keyboard and display drivers sequentially designedcircuit and a drive motor configured etpu interface.With the analyzing of the automatic doffing system working environment as well as high-speed signal types and parameters analysis and high-speed PCB design processes and methods and the PCB board anti-interference and electro magnetic compatibility technology. Combining the current machining process on the PCB board on the market, generally used materials, the design parameters from the PCB layers select Design; design of the PCB transmission line lengt h; PCB design of the overall layout of the board. For several common phenom enon of interference, signal simulation using Cadence software its topology opti mization to improve the integrity of the signal and a variety of high-speed sig nal processing solutions and how rational use of decoupling capacitors to reduc e electromagnetic interference. Complete PCB design constraints so using the a bove conditions, and to ensure a good signal integrity of the PCB board.
