Abstract:This paper aims to study the suitable calculation method, calculation process and practical application of related results for balance calculation of aqueous flotation, hydrometallurgy and water processing. In this paper, flotation system of calcite using sodium carbonate as adjustment, hydrometallurgical system of calcium oxide used as precipitant and separating flotation system of scheelite and fluorite using sodium silicate as inhibitor are given as researching objects. Solution equilibrium system of single phase change, solution equilibrium system of coprecipitation and transforming system of sediment and solution are given as researching aspects, respectively. Separating processes are designed from the points of views of flotation, hydrometallurgy and water processing in order to make the theory into practice.Plenty of calculation method such as polynomial QR decomposition matrix calculation, Newton-Raphson method are used in this paper, with the help of computer languages like MATLAB, Java and C/C++, and related software like MATLAB7.1, Eclipse and VC++6.0, etc, software Solution Fan for computer and App Solution Fan for Android are developed. On the basis of the consequences of these three separation obtained by using the software above, single mineral flotation test, zeta potential measurement, laser particle size analysis, XRF, XRD, and XPS analysis are used to accomplish the equilibrium calculation, design of separation and practical application of these three type of separation studied in this paper.The point of this article is trying to make the calculation method into practice of the related separation process by drawing related paintings and designing different separation models.
