In the field of modern port logistics industry,bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer is developing towards the direction of large-scale,automation and specialization,and the production process and equipment safety system are more mature.Firstly,the development of Bucket Wheel Stacker and Reclaimer technology at home and abroad is introduced.Through the analysis and Research on the working principle of Bucket Wheel Stacker and reclaimer,the optimal control strategy and operation technology are designed.The design of suspension skin control system of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer is analyzed in depth.The hardware structure and control mode of the electronic control system are optimized and improved to improve the stability and reliability of the equipment.Through the speed encoder ranging,CMS records complete the collection and screening of a large number of data on the trajectory of the stacking and reclaiming mechanism,and establish a mathematical model.The design of speed regulation is based on the variable speed operation of Bucket Wheel Stacker and reclaimer in the range of rotation angle and the variation law of vehicle running speed.This paper takes industrial computer and PLC as the core to analyze the realization of stacking and reclaiming control system network.Industrial Ethernet technology and PROFIBUS-DP field bus technology are used to access the network,complete the communication design,and design the fault diagnosis man-machine interface.Finally,after the completion of the project,repeated tests and demonstrations are carried out,and the optimized unloading mode is put into trial production on the experimental platform of field equipment and environment.Based on the actual results of the test,the problems in the process are optimized and perfected.Figure 63,Table 7,Reference 51...
