With enhancement of environmental awareness and resource shortages of lead,the world has been very seriously and constantly improving recycling technology ofused lead-acid batteries. From the original manual dismantling to mechanical crushingand separation, the equipment of the production line used lead-acid batteries’recycling from sorting semi-automatic to fully automatic, reclamation of waste leadacid battery technology continues to be improved. But the recycling of used lead-acidbattery technology started late in domestic, the existing lead-acid battery scraprecycling production line is imported from other countries without their own creativetechniques. The high cost of imported equipment greatly reduced the waste lead-acidbattery recycling profits. In this paper, lead resources for sustainable development as astarting point, the pursuit of energy-saving technology used lead-acid batteries for thepurpose of research used lead-acid battery recycling pretreatment technology.First, this paper introduced the development process of used lead-acid batteries’recycle processing, and summarized the research status. Through the Russian heavymedia separation technology, the Italian CX crushing sorting system, as well as theUnited States MA crushing sorting system understanding, the paper developed apretreatment process used lead-acid batteries, found the advantages and disadvantagesbetween them, and verified the feasibility of the process by experiments. Then usedimage processing to obtain the cutting point of used lead-acid batteries, did a varietyof used lead-acid batteries’ X-ray image analysis to find their commonalities, it wastheoretical basis for access to the cutting point used of lead-acid batteries.Secondly, according to the requirements of sawing system for used lead-acidbatteries’ recycling pretreatment, band sawing machine to transform the existing, thepaper proposed various reform program and determined the best solution.Finally, the paper proposed control scheme for the program, and used ADAMS,AMESIM and MATLAB and other software in accordance with the control programfor the sawing machine’s simulation which verified whether the sawing machine canachieve the design purpose.
