In recent years, it is noticed that environmental pollution is more and more serious asliving standard rise. In the pollution of the environment, water pollution is the mostserious one. People can’t live without water, and water pollution is directly related to theglobal various species survival. As a result, the governance of water pollution has causedthe attention of the world because of water resources in China is less, and how governancehas contaminated water has been the attention in our country. For sewage treatment thechanges of dissolved oxygen in haphazard characteristics, design a set of based on CASSprocess with the dissolved oxygen concentration as the object of the blower fuzzy controlsystem, in order to achieve the precise control of dissolved oxygen, improve the efficiencyand quality of sewage treatment, and reduce the energy consumption of equipment.In this paper, it is investigated from theoretical design and practical applicationresearch blower fuzzy control system. For the theory of system design, focusing on thesystem design, control principle and control of the fuzzy control rules and system controlpart, S7-300PLC S7-200programmable controller hardware design and selection, and theexisting sewage treatment project blower based fuzzy control system, applied to determinethe amount of blur, and according to the error, error change and error changes of analysisand calculation, the corresponding fuzzy controller can be get. For the system control partof the hardware, according to the requirements of the controlled object control, choosePLC models, interface equipment, determine the I/O allocation and program design. In theaspect of project application, and analyzes the blower in the sewage treatment, theapplication of frequency converter, etc, to complete the project on the control cabinet aswell as the centralized control cabinet electrical design, program design, communicationdesign, provides the beneficial reference for similar wastewater treatment project.In this paper, using fuzzy control theory in the PLC control system for the blower,inverter and other enforcement agencies, to achieve the precise control of dissolvedoxygen in wastewater. This system has friendly man-machine interface, the characteristicsof simple operation, easy to use, stable and reliable running, and equipment work in goodcondition, simple and convenient use, run all the indexes meet the design requirements,and has greater practical significance.
