Warp knitted seamless garment refer to the clothes that weaving forming clothe at a timefrom yarn to clothing by using warp knitted seamless underwear knitting machines. In recentyears warp knitted seamless garment develop rapidly. Warp knitted seamless garment can leanbody shape and enhance body beauty. They are gently close to human skin and have no spareparts and suture lines which make people uncomfortable. People in the process of seamlessdress not only enjoy the soft and comfort, close-fitting free and relaxed activities, and theyalso require a seamless garment is very comfortable. However, the development of the warpknitted seamless garment is still not mature enough and the product style is single andold-fashioned. Its research field is mainly for the process of software design, pattern designand clothing size stability and so on, but the comfort problem of warp knitted seamlessgarment is still not solved. At present there is no research on thermal comfort of warp knittedseamless garment and partition design of warp knitted seamless garment at home andabroad.In this paper, we study the thermal comfort of jacquard organization through testmethod to discuss its influence on comfort of warp knitted seamless garment and according tothe thermal comfort we discuss structure optimization design of warp knitted seamlessgarment. This topic has good practical application value on the research of the comfortproblem of warp knitted seamless garment.This topic introduces the essential theory about jacquard organization of warp knittedseamless garment. In order to get17kinds of jacquard fabric samples from different numberand distribution of warp knitting jacquard structure, we analyse some common jacquard warpknitting seamless garment by using orthogonal experiment method. After selecting breathable,moisture permeability and heat preservation as thermal comfort index and testing jacquardorganization of sample data, we draw the following conclusions combined with the greyclustering analysis. Thermal wet comfort evaluation of mesh fabrics of larger organizations inthe warp knitting jacquard is the best; small mesh jacquard fabrics is of medium thermal wetcomfort evaluation; thermal wet comfort evaluation of thick organization which uses red thickjacquard organization is worse than thin jacquard. Cluster partition to each part of the humanbody according to different parts of the human body is sensitive to cold intensity and thedifferences of the intensity of sweat. Do thermal wet comfort partition design to warp knittedseamless garment and develop and design a warp knitted seamless garment whose thermalwet comfort is good. Subjectively evaluate and analyze by using the method of rating scale toconclude thermal wet comfort performance and prove that the rationality of the partitionoptimization design is right. The research achievement of this topic has good guidingsignificance to design and develop warp knitted seamless garment.
