Study On The Process Of Warp Knitted Spacer Jacquard Shoes

Warp knitted jacquard fabric has excellent breathability and moisture permeability.It also shows the characteristics of high production efficiency,changeable pattern and comfortable wearing.It is mainly applied to athletic shoe upper,which can meet people's multiple requirements for sports shoes such as comfort and fashion.However,due to the existence of intermediate spacing height of warp knitted jacquard fabric,the independent loop on the surface of fabric is easily pulled out by external force and its anti-pilling performance is worse.Therefore,the warp knitted spacer jacquard fabric pilling problem of poor performance,through adjusting the jacquard bar and the weaving sequence,change the way of weaving jacquard bar method,weaving a jacquard warp knitted spacer fabric model is proposed.First of all,the subject of the double needle bar jacquard warp knitting machine structure principle,performance characteristics and jacquard principle were introduced,then the RDPJ6/2 type double warp knitting machine as the research object,16 kinds of stitch transform three needle stitch forming jacquard technology was analyzed,provide a theoretical basis for the study of jacquard warp knitted spacer fabrics.Secondly,the research on the production process of warp knitted jacquard shoes upper fabric is carried out in this paper.The structure of the bottom layer was analyzed,and three kinds of knitting methods of the bottom stitch are summarized.The most stable knitting method of interlayer structure is summanize by analyzing the connection mode of interlayer tissue.The traditional weaving jacquard fabric uppers interval was analyzed,including the double needle bed,double bed double jacquard fabric.On this basis,a new knitting technology of warp knitted spacer jacquard shoes upper fabric is put forward.Through the front needle bed configuration and jacquard fabric forming bar surface,where in the front for weft jacquard,the yarn is bannies in the middle of the fabric or on the surface of the fabric to form an independent loop by the shift of the signal,after for jacquard stitch forming jacquard plain and mesh effect formed on the surface of the fabric by signal offset.After the needle configuration three to bar,a woven spacer fabric is formed,the other two bottom,the final fabric not only has the excellent properties of the interlayer,but also can form the plain,mesh and V points on the surface of the fabric.At the end of the paper,the performance test of the pilling performance of the traditional shoes interview sample and the new type of the shoe upper specimen presented in this paper is carried out respectively.The experimental results show that the anti-pilling property is not related to the structure of the shoes upper fabric.The closer the yarn of the fabric is,the better the pilling performance of the fabric is,new type of warp knitted spacer fabric jacquard vamp point V stitch of the anti pilling property than the traditional craft weaving pilling is good,can satisfy the production of weaving and wearability.
