This paper forms a set ofrelatively complete theoretical system of cotton-lace fabrics design in the women’s casualwear, it’s beneficial for strengthening the contact between cotton-lace fabrics design andwomen’s casual wear design, and enhancing competitiveness of China women’s casual wear.Conclusions can be characterized as follows: firstly, cotton-lace fabrics are widely usedin women’s casual wear, which can improve it’s additional value. secondly, the cotton-lacefabrics used in women’s casual wear usually are innovated by pattern, structures, transition,arrange, yarn collocation,etc. thirdly, The application forms of cotton-lace fabrics in women’scasual wear are decoration application, composition application,and comprehensiveapplication. Finally, we can choose the appropriate methods according to the performance offabrics, meanwhile using flexibly color echo method, color buffer method and color ornamentmethod.
