In recent years, with the development of the coal industry, enormous benefits have been created, but at the same time the original topography, geomorphology and landscape of the mines have been destroyed seriously. In order to reduce the destruction and the losses caused by mining subsidence to the maximum extent, provide a reasonable plan for the mining environment, it is necessary to obtain the related rock moving parameters of the researching mining area. And this requires to establish the movement observation station on the working surface, monitor the surface movement, obtain the observational data, calculate the deformation through reliable mathematical models, draw the movement and deformation curves, calculate rock moving parameters and finally analysis deformation regularity of surface migrating. All these can provide the basis for mine environmental governance and developing plan. However, for processing the observed data of the observation station, most people still manually calculate the value of deformation, draw the movement and deformation curves by hand. Due to the huge amount of measured data, it is not only to spend a lot of time to calculate these data,but also increase the possibility of error, and these are not conducive to the intelligently manage the mining area.Aiming at the above situation, this thesis based on the observed data of11113working face in Panbei Mine, have designed the program which have realized the function of calculating the value of deformation automatically and drawing the curves by calling the Auto CAD program. It has provided preliminary data support for calculating subsidence predicting parameters, analyzing deformation regularity of surface migrating and preventing mining subsidence. The main content of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1) Processing flow and content of surface movement observation data.Collect the relevant data and literature of mining subsidence, summarize the main content of data processing after analyzing the literature, concise processing thought and flow of the observed data.(2) Data preprocessing of surface movement observation data.According to the collected data of surface movement observation, firstly calculate the coordinates and elevation of each observed point. Among these data, use the HDS2003software to calculate the coordinates and use the level data processing software to calculate the elevation.(3) Realization of calculating surface movement deformation program.According to the coordinates and elevation of each observed point getting from the previous step, calculate the value of surface movement deformation automatically by Visual Basic programming language.(4) Visual expression of surface movement observation data. Draw the surface movement deformation curves and contour using the data calculated form the previous step and this would express the huge amount of data by the form of intuitive graph.
