Prevention and control of mine dust has a very important significance for safety production in coal mine. Dust disaster in coal mine has been an important problem in coal mine safety production. Due to the inhalation of dust pneumoconiosis also become coal workers’ physical and mental health of a hidden danger. In such a grim situation, to strengthen the prevention and control of dust hazard, to reduce the harm of dust hazard in coal mine production safety and physical and mental health of workers has become the measure to be imperative.The coal seam water injection is the effective method to control coal dust hazard. It make water drilling in coal body, the pressure water into the drill hole, make the coal prior to get wet, and physical and mechanical properties of coal body changed, so that the brittleness of coal mining had broken into the plastic deformation, from the source to control the dust production.In this paper, by studying the principle of dust, coal seam water infusion in coal seam water injection mechanism and the related factors of the coal seam water injection effect, combined with the actual injection of10114working face in Qinan coalmine of Huaibei mining group, has conducted the system research to the coal seam water injection.In this paper, under the guidance of the mechanism analysis, the relevant measures on the basic parameters of coal seam water before determination, the coal seam water injection parameters and the injection implementation are presented in detail. Comparison of dust concentration before and after the implementation of working face by water injection into coal measures, can clearly find the coal seam water injection can effectively control the dust concentration of working face, the dust effect is very good. At the same time, also has the very important theoretical and practical significance to the mine safety production.
