Dust pollution, the major problem which causes occupational disease in coalmine production industry, does huge harm to workers working underground.Coal seam water infusion can control dust hazard fundamentally.The concentrations of total coal dust and respirable dust in Dongrong No.2 colliery were so high that seriously impacted the health of workers.In the meantime, high dust conducting design and study on coal seam water infusion and dust prevention scheme providea guarantee for safety production of working face.In order to certain the applicability and effect of coal seam water infusion in Dongrong No.2 coliery and investigate the controlling effect towards dust of coal seam water infusion,on the basis of theoretical analysis,a2D data model was built br using comsol 4.3b2D and on the database, multifactor regression was started regarding to SPSS. Meanwhile, by adopting grey decision theory to put water infusion multi-parameters technology to us, water infusion was approved to be practiced and investigated.Practicing iresult illustrated that, coal seam water infusion with high pressure, as a dust reduction measure towards total coal dust and respirable dust, worked remarkably in fully-mechanized coal face, which verified coal face, which verified the effectiveness of coal seam water infusion scheme.
