For catenary shot-blastingmachine, Chambers maintenance and seal has some defects, the auxiliary system in practicalapplication also have insufficient, need to improve.The main content of this article:(1)Through research to the work principle of shot-blasting machine, the reason ofcleaning and the influence factors of strong effect is analyzed, with the basic performanceindex of blasting theory data calculation. According to actual production and processing ofcatenary shot-blasting machine, the machine was studied for the machine, using UG softwareto set up the shot blasting machine and the chambers of the3d model and2d drawings ofassembly validation performance, provided the basis for the analysis of software.(2)Using the ADAMS simulation model, we can analysis the projectile motion,combined with literature analysis theory of projectile several and the right approach tosoftware simulation.
