Shot blasting cleaning technology is a kind of surface treatment technology, through thehigh speed movement of shot blasting machine, using centrifugal force to pill sand casthigh-speed fall and impact on the surface of workpiece or object, to achieve the effect ofblasting. Compared with other surface treatment technology, it is faster and more effective.With the development of blasting technology in China, blasting equipment has been widelyused in the component surface cleaning and strengthening, such as castings and forgings, partsof components, heat treatment, surface cleaning and strengthen treatment of gears, springs,with high stress of the plate spring. In addition, the technology also can be used in the surfacetreatment of vehicles and ships. Through development, blasting equipment have been moreand more perfect, the technology is also becoming more mature, and the performance andefficiency enhances unceasingly.At present, compared with foreign equipment, the gap of domestic of shot blastingequipment become more and more small, but there are some wear parts in relatively short usetime, replacement parts, high frequency, high maintenance costs. For catenary shot-blastingmachine, Chambers maintenance and seal has some defects, the auxiliary system in practicalapplication also have insufficient, need to improve.The main content of this article:(1)Through research to the work principle of shot-blasting machine, the reason ofcleaning and the influence factors of strong effect is analyzed, with the basic performanceindex of blasting theory data calculation. According to actual production and processing ofcatenary shot-blasting machine, the machine was studied for the machine, using UG softwareto set up the shot blasting machine and the chambers of the3d model and2d drawings ofassembly validation performance, provided the basis for the analysis of software.(2)Using the ADAMS simulation model, we can analysis the projectile motion,combined with literature analysis theory of projectile several and the right approach tosoftware simulation. Considering air resistance, gravity, threw the angle and distance, analysethe influence of the process of projectile impact and calculate the validation. Its designscheme is improved, using ANSYS/ls-dyna analysis of chamber body guard board, and getting the corresponding stress diagram and the maximum stress. To choosing the rightchamber structure and bearing mechanism, the largest workpiece shape size must be thought,when the shot blasting cleaning machine design. Reasonable decorate the position of the shotblasting machine, improper arrangement will increase their chances of projectile at the lowerleft to play efficiency, but also accelerate the chamber body armor plate and other structuraldamage.(3)The other systems of shot blasting machine can be carried on the simple introductionand analysis, mainly including pill cycle separation system and catenary feeding system. Wedo it mainly aimed at the spiral conveyor, hoist, and dust removal system. Calculationverification spiral conveyor throughput, and screw conveyor bearings is easy to wear and tearproblems are analyzed and improved. Noise reduction measures are put forward after findingnoise source.
